Product Overview
SHP low-voltage switchgear is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, power plants, coal mines, machinery, light and textile manufacturing, ports, and terminals. It is employed in three-phase three‑wire, three-phase four‑wire, and three-phase five‑wire systems with an AC frequency of 50 Hz and a voltage of 500 V or less, serving purposes such as power distribution, lighting, maintenance, and socket circuits. The switchgear features flexible distribution schemes, convenient modular configurations, strong practicality, high protection ratings, and a novel structural design.

Operating Environment
1. Ambient air temperature: -5°C to +40°C;

Main Features
1. This product can be fabricated by bending and welding sheet metal, resulting in a cabinet body with smooth, even welds. Both the welds and the assembly feature sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand the dynamic and thermal stresses generated during component short circuits. The product is available with either single or double doors, each equipped with measuring instruments and control/indicator devices. When the door is opened, all electrical components are fully exposed, facilitating easy inspection and maintenance. Cable entry/exit is handled via cable conduits; however, if requested by the user, knock-out holes for cable entry can also be installed on the top cover plate of the enclosure.
2. The coating is applied using electrostatic powder spraying with epoxy resin.
3. The busbars and conductive components are all made of high‑conductivity copper.
4. Use copper wires for insulation; the insulated wires in auxiliary circuits shall be stranded copper conductors.
5. Embossing at the tin-plated busbar connection points.
