Product Overview
The YB prefabricated substation is a compact, complete switchgear assembly that pre‑assembles high‑voltage switchgear rated at 12 kV, 12/0.4 kV power transformers, low‑voltage switchgear, and electrical energy metering devices all within a single enclosure. The YB prefabricated substation is primarily used in three‑phase AC power systems with a rated frequency of 50 Hz and a rated voltage of 6–12/0.4 kV, serving as a power and lighting supply source. It is particularly well suited for upgrading distribution lines along roadsides in urban networks, and can also be deployed in residential communities, on streets, at large construction sites, in high‑rise buildings, industrial and mining enterprises, and temporary facilities.
This product complies with GB/T17467 “High-Voltage/Low-Voltage Prefabricated Substations” and IEC601330 “High-Voltage/Low-Voltage Prefabricated Substations.”

Operating Environment
1. Altitude ≤ 1000 m;
2. Ambient air temperature: -25°C to +40°C;
3. Environmental Humidity: Monthly average relative humidity ≤ 90%; daily average relative humidity ≤ 95%.
4. Installation Location: Locations free from fire hazards, explosion risks, conductive dust, chemically corrosive gases, and severe vibrations.
Note: For conditions beyond the above-mentioned normal operating environment, consultation with the manufacturer is required.
Features and Characteristics
1. High-voltage switchgear, transformers, and low-voltage switchgear are integrated into a single unit with strong overall completeness.
2. Comprehensive high- and low-voltage protection ensures reliable operation and simple maintenance.
3. It occupies a small footprint, requires low investment, has a short production cycle, and is easy to move.
4. The wiring options are flexible and diverse.
5. The honeycomb-structured, double-layer (composite panel) enclosure is robust, offering excellent thermal insulation while providing effective heat dissipation and ventilation. It boasts a sleek aesthetic and high protection ratings. Available enclosure materials include stainless steel, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, cold‑rolled steel, and color‑coated steel.

7. The high-voltage ring main unit can be equipped with a network automation terminal (FTU) to reliably detect short-circuit and single-phase ground fault, featuring four remote functions for convenient upgrades to distribution network automation.
