2. Promptly address any questions, complaints, or feedback submitted by customers.

3. Within 12 hours of receiving after-sales service information, the person in charge of after-sales service must analyze the product malfunction, propose a solution, and clearly designate the technician directly responsible for this after-sales service.

4. Within 5 business days after the completion of after-sales service, the person in charge of after-sales service shall complete the follow-up confirmation of customer satisfaction.

Equipment Warranty:

Our company offers a “Three Guarantees” quality assurance program (warranty, exchange, and return), along with lifetime customer service for all our products.

For faults occurring within the product warranty period that are not caused by the customer, our company will provide free repair services and cover the cost of replacing components. For faults arising from improper user operation during the warranty period or for faults occurring outside the warranty period, the company will only charge the cost of parts.

For products that are beyond their warranty period, our company conducts regular inspections and performs routine repairs and maintenance. For faults that can be repaired, our company will provide free repairs. In cases where damage caused by improper use cannot be repaired, our company promises to replace the affected components with brand‑new parts, charging only the corresponding cost of materials.
