Product Overview
The S13 series fully sealed, stacked-core oil-immersed transformers utilize high-permeability cold‑rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with a thickness of 0.23–0.3 mm for the core. They feature 45-degree fully skewed joints and a stepped stacking method, with no punching and binding using semi‑dry, non‑woven glass fiber tape, effectively reducing no‑load losses and operating noise.

Main Features
1. The iron core is made of high-permeability cold‑rolled grain‑oriented silicon steel sheets, which reduces operating losses.
2. The coils are wound with high‑quality QQ polyacetal enameled round copper wire and flat copper wire drawn from oxygen‑free copper rods, offering sufficient electrical strength, mechanical strength, and heat dissipation capability.
3. The fuel tank is welded from high‑quality cold‑rolled steel sheet. After acid pickling and phosphating both inside and outside the tank, it undergoes a three‑coat primer‑topcoat painting process, offering excellent corrosion resistance while maintaining a sleek and elegant appearance.
