S(B)H21 Series Amorphous Alloy Core Transformers

The S(B)H21 series amorphous alloy oil-immersed transformers adopt a three-dimensional wound core structure. Compared with traditional laminated cores, they feature symmetrical magnetic circuits, minimal leakage flux due to the absence of air gaps in the magnetic path, lower no-load losses, and reduced noise levels.

Product Description

Product Overview

The S(B)H21 series amorphous alloy oil-immersed transformers adopt a three-dimensional wound core structure. Compared with traditional laminated cores, they feature symmetrical magnetic circuits, minimal leakage flux due to the absence of air gaps in the magnetic path, lower no-load losses, and reduced noise levels.

It is suitable for use in urban residential communities and on rural power grids with low load rates and long no-load periods. It is an ideal device for lighting and power consumption in both urban and rural areas, as well as a perfect replacement and upgrade for distribution transformers.

Product Model and Meaning

Terms of Use

1. Altitude ≤ 1000 m;

2. Ambient air temperature: -25°C to +45°C, with an average temperature of ≤+30°C during the hottest month.

3. Environmental Humidity: Monthly average relative humidity ≤ 90%; daily average relative humidity ≤ 95%.

4. Pollution Level: Class III.
Main Features

1. Ultra-low loss characteristics, saving energy and delivering high power efficiency;

2. The production of amorphous metal materials consumes less energy and boasts ultra-low loss characteristics, significantly reducing power consumption and lowering the output of power plants. This, in turn, cuts CO2 and SO2 emissions, mitigating environmental pollution and the greenhouse effect—while requiring no maintenance and producing zero pollution.

3. Low operating temperature, slow insulation aging, and long transformer service life;

4. High load capacity and high mechanical strength;

5. When subjected to higher-frequency magnetic flux, amorphous cores still exhibit low iron loss and low magnetizing current, without the risk of core saturation. Consequently, amorphous alloy transformers made with amorphous cores possess superior harmonic resistance.
