Product Overview
The PC+ABS transparent power metering box cover is made from imported, weather‑resistant polycarbonate (PC), while the box base is crafted from flame‑retardant ABS engineering plastic. It boasts excellent insulation properties, superior transparency, UV resistance, aging resistance, resistance to acid rain, salt spray, high and low temperatures, and impact resistance. Additionally, it offers effective ventilation, rain protection, and heat dissipation, with a normal service life of over 30 years. The transparent design not only provides a clear, intuitive view but also enables timely detection of any abnormalities within the meter box, allowing potential hazards in electricity usage to be addressed well in advance.
Operating Environment
1. Ambient air temperature: -40°C to +60°C, with an average temperature of ≤+35°C over a 24-hour period;
2. Environmental Humidity: Annual average relative humidity ≤ 75%; monthly average relative humidity ≤ 95%.
3. Locations free from highly corrosive gases, strong magnetic field interference, and intense vibration sources; free from significant dust, smoke, corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, or salt contamination.

1. The box lid is transparent and clear, allowing electrical maintenance personnel to easily read the meter readings and quickly identify the fault location in case of a malfunction.
2. The enclosure adopts a sealed structure, making installation and management easy while preventing electricity thieves from accessing the metering equipment and thereby deterring electricity theft.
3. It features high insulation performance, acid rain resistance, and high impact strength.
4. It features excellent rainproof, dustproof, ventilation, and heat dissipation capabilities.
5. It has excellent flame‑retardant properties and can prevent fire hazards caused by electric shock.
