Product Model and Meaning

Operating Environment

1. Ambient air temperature: -5°C to +40°C, with an average temperature of ≤+35°C over a 24-hour period.

2. For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the installation location must be ≤ 2000 m.

3. Air cleanliness: At a high temperature of +40°C, the relative humidity should be ≤50%; at lower temperatures, a higher relative humidity is permissible. For example, at +20°C, the relative humidity may reach 90%, but considering temperature fluctuations, moderate condensation may occasionally occur.

4. During installation, the tilt angle relative to the vertical plane should be ≤5°.

5. The equipment should be installed in locations free from severe vibration and impact, as well as in environments where electrical components are not exposed to corrosive conditions. Note: If the operating environment exceeds the above‑mentioned standard conditions, consultation with the manufacturer is required.

Main Features

The cabinet body adopts a standard cabinet design, with the frame constructed by partially welding together cold‑formed 8MF steel profiles. The cabinet’s components are designed according to modular principles and feature mounting holes spaced at 20‑mm increments, resulting in a highly versatile system that can be interconnected to form various frame structures and units tailored to meet specific requirements. The top and bottom ends of the cabinet are equipped with varying numbers of heat dissipation slots, creating a natural airflow path from bottom to top within the cabinet to achieve effective cooling.

The cabinet doors are connected to the frame using pivot-style hinges, making installation and removal convenient. Each edge of the door is fitted with a U-shaped rubber strip; when the door is closed, the strip compresses against the frame, preventing direct impact between the door frame and the cabinet body while also enhancing the door’s level of protection. The instrument doors housing electrical components are connected to the frame via multi-strand flexible copper wire, and the mounting components inside the cabinet are secured to the frame using knurled screws, thereby forming a complete grounding protection circuit throughout the entire cabinet.

The main busbar is located at the middle to rear of the top of the cabinet and is secured using ZMJ busbar clamps. The ZMJ features a modular, block‑like structure that is manufactured via high‑temperature injection molding with flame‑retardant materials, offering high mechanical strength and excellent insulation performance. When necessary, the cabinet’s top panel can be removed for convenient on-site assembly and adjustment of the main busbar. Lifting rings are installed at the four corners of the cabinet top for hoisting and transportation.
