FTU Feeder Terminal


The DAE-F series feeder terminal is an intelligent terminal device installed in distribution rooms or on feeders. It can communicate with remote distribution substations, transmitting operational data from distribution equipment to the substation while also receiving control commands from the substation to manage and adjust distribution equipment. It features remote control, remote signaling, and fault detection capabilities, and communicates with the main station of the distribution automation system to provide real‑time information on the operation of the distribution system and various parameters—including switch status, power parameters, phase‑to‑phase faults, ground faults, and fault‑related parameters—while executing commands issued by the distribution main station to regulate and control distribution equipment. This enables functions such as fault location, fault isolation, and rapid restoration of power to non‑faulted areas.

It features remote control, remote signaling, and fault detection capabilities, and communicates with the main distribution automation station to provide real‑time information on the operation of the distribution system and various parameters—including switch status, power quality parameters, interphase faults, ground faults, and post‑fault parameters—while executing commands issued by the distribution main station to regulate and control distribution equipment. This enables functions such as fault location, fault isolation, and rapid restoration of power to non‑faulted areas.

1. In communication-enabled mode, it features “remote maintenance” functionality.

2. Flexible configuration: All protection functions can be independently enabled or disabled.

3. The device features comprehensive self‑checking functionality and performs online monitoring of the operational status of each component.

4. The closing circuit features an anti-misoperation design and includes a function to prevent unintended tripping.

5. By selecting different configurations, it can meet the “Three Remotes” and “Two Remotes” requirements of State Grid and Southern Power Grid.

6. Meet the requirements of various regions (such as Shandong, Beijing, Guangdong, etc.).

7. Features adaptive zero-sequence current setting, eliminating the need for manual configuration.

8. Meet the specific requirements for “primary–secondary integration.”
