The product consists of three main components: the circuit breaker body, the operating mechanism, and the lifting device. Circuit Breaker Body Structure: The circuit breaker body is composed of a conductive circuit, an insulation system, sealing elements, and a housing. The entire conductive circuit is formed by connecting the incoming and outgoing busbars, current-carrying contacts, flexible connectors, and the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber. This product employs SF6 gas insulation. The incoming and outgoing line insulating bushings are made of epoxy resin and silicone rubber through integral casting. To reduce the switch’s footprint while maintaining adequate phase-to-phase insulation clearance, corner bushings are used for phases A and C, ensuring reliable external insulation. Internally, a composite insulation structure is adopted, enabling the product to achieve the required insulation levels even without SF6 gas filling.
