Product Description

Product Overview

The JP-type low-voltage integrated distribution box is a new type of outdoor distribution and reactive power compensation cabinet designed in accordance with the principles of economy, rationality, and reliability. It is suitable for distribution systems operating at 50 Hz and rated voltage of 380 V in urban and rural power grids, industrial and mining enterprises, street lighting, residential communities, and other applications. This innovative outdoor integrated distribution box offers multiple functions, including power distribution, energy metering, data acquisition, voltage monitoring, overcurrent protection, phase‑loss protection, low‑voltage lightning protection, leakage current protection, automatic reclosing upon fault clearance, and reactive power compensation. The product boasts a novel and well‑reasoned design, high protection ratings, and convenient installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair. Compliant with GB7251.12–2023 and GB/T15576–2020, and certified under the 3C mark, it is an ideal low‑voltage complete switchgear for current grid renovation projects.

The JP-type low-voltage integrated distribution box is suitable for transmission and distribution systems with voltage levels below 0.4 kV and is installed and used on the low-voltage side of 10/0.4 kV outdoor pole-mounted transformers. It is primarily divided into feeder units and monitoring units, with four compartments: the metering compartment, the incoming switch compartment, the feeder switch compartment, and the reactive power compensation compartment. Within the low-voltage integrated distribution box, the electric energy meters and metering current transformers are installed in the same compartment, separated from the other compartments by sealing plates. The box door can be locked and sealed with lead.

Operating Environment

1. Ambient air temperature: -40°C to +55°C;

2. Relative air humidity: ≤90% (at a relative ambient temperature of 20°C–25°C);

3. Altitude: ≤2000 m (derate operation above 2000 m);

4. Environmental Conditions: Not suitable for locations with risks of fire or explosion, severe contamination, chemical corrosion, or intense vibration.

5. Installation Location: Outdoor installation with a vertical inclination of ≤5° relative to the ground; Note: If the operating environment exceeds the above‑mentioned standard conditions, please consult with the manufacturer.

Main Features

The entire cabinet frame is assembled from 304 stainless steel. The distribution box features functions such as rain protection, dust prevention, theft prevention, leakage current protection, lightning protection, and electromagnetic interference protection, while its robust strength ensures that it will not deform during transportation and installation.

1. Protection Functions: Overvoltage, overload, undervoltage, short circuit, phase failure, and leakage protection;

2. Automatic Operation Function: Automatically resumes operation 10 seconds after power is restored following a power outage;

3. The metering room is separately sealed with lead, featuring anti-tampering functionality.

4. The reactive power compensation responds promptly and efficiently, operates reliably, and can increase the power factor of the power grid to above 0.95.
