On July 19, the National Energy Administration released the statistics of the national electric power industry from January to June. By the end of June, the installed capacity of power generation in China was about 2.44 billion kilowatts, up 8.1% year on year. Among them, the installed capacity of wind power is about 340 million kilowatts, with a year-on-year growth of 17.2%; The installed capacity of solar power generation is about 340 million kilowatts, with a year-on-year growth of 25.8%.
From January to June, the cumulative average utilization of power generation equipment in China was 1777 hours, 81 hours less than the same period last year. Among them, thermal power generated 2057 hours, 133 hours less than the same period of last year; 3673 hours of nuclear power, 132 hours less than the same period last year; 1154 hours of wind power, 58 hours less than the same period last year.
From January to June, the investment in power supply projects of major power generation enterprises nationwide was 215.8 billion yuan, up 14.0% year on year. Among them, solar power generated 63.1 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 283.6%. The investment in power grid projects was 190.5 billion yuan, up 9.9% year on year.
