Conditions of Use

1. Ambient temperature: -40°C to +40°C, and the average temperature within 24h does not exceed +35°C;

2. Relative humidity: +20℃, no more than 90%; +40℃, no more than 50%. When the upper limit temperature is 25℃, the relative humidity can be as high as 100% in a short time;

3. Upper limit wind speed: no more than 35m/s;

4. Altitude: ≤2000m;

5. Earthquake intensity: designed according to 7 degrees, the peak acceleration of ground motion is 0.1g, and the characteristic period of earthquake is 0.35s;

6. Sunlight intensity: 0.1W/cm2;

7. Pollution level: Level 3;

8. Places without strong corrosive gas, strong magnetic field interference and strong vibration source; no obvious pollution of dust, smoke, corrosive or flammable gas, water vapor or salt.

Key Features

1. Flame retardant performance: It has V-0 grade flame retardant performance, temperature resistance > 130℃.

6. Put it in any position of the product for 3 minutes without cracking or damage.

7. Resistance to static extrusion: apply 100kg gravity to the flat metering box, and the metering box has no cracks, peeling, or damage after 1 minute.

8. Climate influence: The product runs under the environment of 30℃±10℃ outside, 75℃ inside and long-term sunlight exposure, or runs continuously for 4 hours at a low temperature of 45℃±3℃, and the box body should not be deformed, Does not crack and maintains transparency.

9. Impact resistance: The product is free-fall test from a height of 2m under the condition that the fixing screw is tightened (without packaging), and the box should be kept intact.

10. Sandbag impact resistance: The 7kg sandbag is freely dropped from a height of 1m for 5 times, and there are no abnormal phenomena such as cracks and breaks in the measuring box.
