Conditions of Use

1. Normal environmental conditions of use: the altitude does not exceed 1000m;

2. The upper limit of ambient temperature is +40℃, and the lower limit is -25℃;

3. Special environmental conditions of use: the altitude exceeds 1000m;

4. The upper limit of ambient temperature is +40℃, and the lower limit is -45℃. (details when ordering);

5. Installation site: no corrosive gas, no obvious dirt environment;

Structural Features

Core: The magnetic conductive material of the core is made of amorphous alloy. Since amorphous alloys have no crystal structure and have soft magnetic properties, the area of ​​the hysteresis loop is very narrow, the magnetization power is small, the resistivity is high, and the eddy current loss is small, so the no-load loss and no-load current of the transformer made of this material are very low. The iron core as a whole is composed of four separate iron core frames in the same plane to form a three-phase five-column type, which must be annealed and has crossed iron reel joints, and the cross-sectional shape is rectangular.

Coil: Low-voltage windings generally use a cylindrical structure made of copper foil except for small capacity (below 160kVA) copper wires; Magnetic small. The high and low voltage windings are wound together into a rectangular coil by a wire tension device, and the coil is solidified into a whole by hot pressing to enhance the mechanical strength of the winding and the ability to resist short circuit.

Fuel tank: It adopts a beautiful fully sealed and maintenance-free corrugated structure. Through the advanced fuel tank production process, strict water pressure leak test and air pressure test, the reliability of the product is ensured.
