Product Overview
The S13-M oil-immersed power transformer is designed and manufactured with a fully sealed corrugated sheet fuel tank structure, with beautiful appearance and small footprint. Step lap joint can reduce the excessive concentration of iron loss at the joints and cause local overheating. In terms of product performance, compared with S11 transformers of the same capacity, the no-load loss is reduced by more than 25%, and the noise is reduced by 7-10dB(A). The cost is reduced by an average of 20%, and the economic benefits are significant. The product has the characteristics of maintenance-free, convenient maintenance and stable operation. Can be used in residential areas, commercial streets, industrial and mining enterprises and rural power and lighting purposes.

Conditions of Use
1. Normal environmental conditions of use: the altitude does not exceed 1000m;
2. The upper limit of ambient temperature is +40℃, and the lower limit is -25℃;
3. Special environmental conditions of use: more than 1000m above sea level;
4. The upper limit of ambient temperature is +40℃, and the lower limit is -45℃. (details when ordering);
5. Installation site: no corrosive gas, no obvious dirt environment;
Note: Products under special environmental conditions can be provided to users according to the agreed conditions.
Structural Features
Core: All use high magnetic permeability and excellent grain orientation cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, full oblique step and lap joint, small air loss and low noise;
Coil: It is made of excellent QQ acetal enameled round copper wire, flat copper wire or copper foil drawn from oxygen-free copper rod, and its forms are cylindrical, continuous, new spiral, split, etc. Have sufficient electrical strength, mechanical strength and heat dissipation capacity;
Fuel tank: It is welded with high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, and has oval, rectangular and other structures. After chemical treatment, spray paint on three bottoms and one side, which is both anti-corrosion and beautiful.
