Conditions of Use
1. Normal environmental service conditions: the altitude shall not exceed 1000m;
2. Upper limit of ambient temperature+40 ℃, lower limit - 25 ℃;
3. Service conditions in special environment: the altitude exceeds 1000m;
4. Upper limit of ambient temperature+40 ℃, lower limit - 45 ℃. (Detailed description when ordering);
5. Installation site: no corrosive gas or obvious dirt;
Note: Products under special operating conditions can be provided for users according to the agreed conditions.
Structural characteristics
Iron core: Amorphous alloy is used as the magnetic conductive material of iron core. Because amorphous alloy has no crystal structure and soft magnetic characteristics, the area of hysteresis loop is very narrow, the magnetization power is small, the resistivity is high, and the eddy current loss is small, so the no-load loss and no-load current of transformers made of this material are very low. The iron core is composed of four separate iron core frames in the same plane to form a three-phase five column type, which must be annealed, with cross iron roller joints, and the section shape is rectangular.
Coil: except that copper conductor is used for low voltage winding with small capacity (below 160kVA), cylindrical structure of copper foil winding is generally used; The high-voltage winding adopts a multi-layer cylindrical structure, which makes the ampere turn distribution of the winding balanced and has small magnetic leakage. The high and low voltage windings are wound into rectangular coils with wire tension devices, and the coils are solidified into a whole through hot pressing shaping to enhance the mechanical strength and short-circuit resistance of the windings.
Oil tank: beautiful, fully sealed and maintenance free corrugated structure, advanced oil tank production process, strict hydraulic leakage test and air pressure test ensure the reliability of the product.
